Further to his Engineering Master studies in Paris     (Ecole Polytechnique & Ecole des Mines)       
held various technical, sales and management positions with French & American groups (Vallourec - Weatherford - FMC). 

He acquired his professional experience in Europe and Africa for about 20 years prior to joining academia in 2000 and working for two French graduate engineering schools (ENSTA-Bretagne and ESA), a business school (ISUGA) and an adult continuing education firm (International Nuclear Academy).  

In 2012 he created his own company - Campus Globe - with the aim of improving higher education & adult continuing education in emerging countries.   
  has been active in the tourism industry for about 40 years. He held various management positions in Europe & the US with public & private organizations. 


He became an expert in the field of tourism and has written several official reports. He is still active in this industry and uses his vast experience in the design of new touristical products with higher added value.


 Frédéric MARTEL  has got a rich experience in      agriculture. He was initially employed by SAFER, a   French organization which is assisting French   farmers from various fields (corn, milk, meat, wine). 

 In 1999, he created his own business in Brittany   with production of vegetables & fruits sold thru         different distribution channels: direct sale to   consumer, wholesaler, retailer.

 His technical & commercial experience in food   products is highly valuable for young farmers who   wish to setup their own business.       

Marion de BRESSY
did setup her own HR consulting firm in 2009. She graduated from Neoma Reims management school in 1981 (Master degree in Business & Administration) and has spent her whole career in the field of human ressources.
She initially worked as HR manager in the French industry before joining an Executive Recruitment consulting firm in Brittany. 
She keeps close contacts with universities in France & abroad as she uses to deliver lectures to undergraduate & graduate students in various disciplines: HR management, communication, job search techniques, personal skills ...  
She has run short courses for adults on similar topics during continuing education seminars.


Jean-Claude MALAGUTI
has ben living for about 40 years in Europe, the US and Latin America. He graduated from New York University and holds a BS degree in Finance, a Master degree in Marketing and a PhD in Economics.


He is now acive as an international consultant and uses to deliver lectures as a visiting professor in France, Sweden, the US and Venezuela. Earlier he was Analyst with Chase Manhattan Bank, International Credit Director with Trade Bank & Trust Co., Vice-President of McCann-Erickson and recently President of Delta Group of Companies.


His main clients are: Alcatel, Thomson, Colgate Palmolive, Del Monte, Ericsson, General Motors, Gillette, Lufthansa, Nabisco, Nestlé, Ricoh, Shulton et Simmons.


 Olivier MARTEL got a carreer path similar to his brother,   Frédéric. Upon completion of his Master studies in   Economics at Tours University in 1993, he joined SAFER   and assisted several young farmers in the setting up of   their activities.

 In 2001 & 2002, he attended a course focused on   production of organic food in Rennes. Since 2003, he has   cooperated with his brother for the production & sale of   vegetables & fruits grown in their Brittany farm.  

 He's been recently involved in a know how transfer project   in Cameroon.
